Has anyone ever used this app? The laundry room at my apartment complex uses CSC Service Works and recently they started charging a 25 cent per load technology fee if you don't use the CSC Pay Mobile app where you put money in a wallet on your phone and then have to scan a sticker on the machine to start it. I've downloaded the app but haven't added any money yet so I'm paying the 25 cent fee and even that isn't that accessible. I had an AIRA agent tell me that it gave the message on the screen about the fee and told me where to touch the screen to continue and then confirm that I would pay the extra 25 cents. Has anyone been successful at using this app by scanning a sticker and do you use the Front Facing camera or the back? Where on the machine is the sticker? I feel some stickers on the top of the machine but don't know if those are the ones they are referring to? I guess I want to know whether this is doable before I add money to this app!
