So far as I know, others can tell you better
maybe, those numbers determine how many times a
given device can fully charge on a single charge of the Power Bank.
The numbers also determine, to some extent, how
large the Bank will be. The higher the Number,
the larger the Bank, and the heavier. If
portability or size is important, the smaller, the better.
Also, some smaller Banks will not be able to
charge larger items, like Tablets. Larger ones
seem to be able to charge most everything, but
weight and portability begin to be concerns.
