I have a credit card with Bank of America. It's not my primary card, so I don't use the app as much these days. Today I got my statement notice and I wanted to go see if a recent refund was reflected in the transactions for this statement. When I access the account in the IOS app, it says there are no transactions in the current period. I get that and want to go to the previous period's transactions, but I cannot figure out how to do it. The label for current transactions is a button, so I thought that double tapping that would open some options, but it's taking me to a screen with unlabeled buttons. I'm not even sure if this is the way to get to the previous period of transactions or if this IS ONLY a way I could filter the current period's transactions if I had any. I don't have time to sit on hold to get a Bo of A rep at this time. Does anyone have experience to share on accomplishing what I need? My alternative later today is to go to the website and download my transactions, but annoyed that I cannot just look this up on the app right now.
