Some way, I have it fixed. I tweaked all kind of stuff, but I think what fixed it was in Phone and Notifications me turning something from temporary to permanent, as advised on a list. Somehow, that must have changed in last update. It is really annoying, when something like that happens, because it can be like looking for a needle in a hay stack.
