You can do that with the current Mail app.

You will have to move messages from the inbox to the folder you created I
believe. I don't think any iPhone apps allow for automatic filtering of
messages into separate mailboxes in one account.

When you are in the Mail app, and the top heading is Mailboxes, there is an
edit button.

Doubel tap that, and in the botom of the screen is a tab "New Mailbox.

Double tap that.

Enter a name and flick right to Mailbox location and you can place it where you
want.

Double tap save or OK when you are done, I'm not remembering exactly which word
it uses.

Is anyone using a mail app other than the one that comes on the iPhone? I’m
not happy with the changes in the native Mail app. I did change it to a list
view, so that all of the messages show up in the Inbox together.

I would much prefer creating my own folders, and choosing which messages are
saved in those folders. Is there a mail app that would give me that option?
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
