There is no such device as an iPhone SE 24. I suspect you probably have the second generation SE which is often called an SE 2022. Until you get more adept with the Dropbox app, I recommend you attempt to locate the problem ePub book file on your device and delete it using the Files app. If I were doing this on my Windows 10 computer, I’d use the Everything Search utility to locate the file and delete it from my Dropbox subfolder containing it with my desktop computer. I’m unable to give you any other advice on the issue. Good luck.
