To make sure I understand, you have them each set at a rate you like, but at the same rate, Evan speaks faster?
Have you set the rate within the Voices setting, rather than on the rotor while using them? The rotor overrides whatever the default setting is I think. But I’m not sure as I haven’t had a voice do what I think you are describing.
