Yes, just switched out the Flashlight icon with one to toggle recording for the Just Press Record app. It is fairly straight forward, you double tap and hold on the lock screen and then tap on "Customize", just explore from there. You have to first remove one of the two bottom icons, Flashlight or Camera, before you have the "Add Quick Action" button appear where you can choose a different one.
