Not this year and even the expected iPhone SE 4th generation will now be a larger phone most likely similar to a regular iPhone 16. There are rumours about an iPhone 17 Air or iPhone 17 Slim or whatever Apple will call it a year from now, but whether this phone will actually be much smaller or simply a thinner phone nobody knows.
