It isn’t that hard. Go to control center go to screen recording. Swipe up with one finger to controls. Go to where it says microphone off turn it on. Than open or create an email that is a problem show what happens and explain this is what I expect to happen. Be detailed. Go to Apple.com/feedback and attach the screen recording in the feedback. Why do this? It gives Apple a clear visual description Note turn screen curtain off prior to starting the recording.
