Hi sieghard,

I tried with screen recognition on with no results. My problem when opening the 
website is that I have always just used my password for getting into the APP, 
and so I can't recall whaat my user ID is. Not sure even how to find it. But 
I'll keep trying. I might even just call the local branch to see if anybody 
there can help. Thanks for the response.
