The first difference is about $100. Maybe more. The second is the HableOne handles all the processing on itself so you rather little control which form of braille to use. And, a tester of the HableOne switched to the Orbit Writer because he was tired of the HableOne people promising things that never happened ... I've only used the Orbit Writer.
