This is likely the same in iOS 17.2... but has anyone else been bothered by the fact that the rotor, especially in the mail app, instead of defaulting to Actions, it defaults to headings? I find each time I open the mail app, and land on a message or thread, I have to change the rotor to actions in order to flick up to delete the message or thread.
