Yes I have seen this some lately.

Today i attempted to place an order for McDonald's. I am using an iPhone SE 3rd generation with IOS 17.1.1. I notice that the spin boxes to change the quantity of items do not work. If the default for an item is 1, it stays at 1 no matter what you do. If the default is 0, like for something being added that is not a default, the quantity stays at 0 no matter what you do.
