For the most part, I find audio ducking too distracting. Be it on the iPhone or even Jaws on the PC. On my iPhone though, I have audio bucking and a few other VO settings listed in quick settings (two finger quadruple tap). It comes in handy for those times you click on a webpage or video clip and get blasted with all that noise.
