If you are looking for Earbuds with the same design as Apple Earpods, then why not get apple Earpods? You can still get the original model with a 3.5mm headphone plug, you can get the newer ones with Lightning plug and as Kelly pointed out, you can now also get them with a USB-C plug. In my opinion the Earpods are the best earbuds you can get for the money; you can of course find cheaper ones, but the Earpods actually sound really good given their size and price.
