Carolyn, This is for the latest version of iOS 17.
go into the contact you want to share and swipe past the general info
until you hear share. Double tap on this.
The next screen shows all of the fields in the contact that you can
choose to share, like phone, address, work phone, Email, etc. you can
deselect which ever fields you want or double tap on the done button at
the top of the screen to share all info.
The next screen is like a regular sharing screen where you choose which
method you want to use to send the information, text, mail, etc.
choose the option you want and enter the recipient's info.
