The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are able to transfer at faster speeds, it was mentioned during the keynote and I wouldn't be surprised that any speed reduction is software based and if that is true then Apple could decide at any time to remove that bottleneck. As I said before, for me the regular phones don't hold much appeal any more, it's the Pro phones where you really get the best features if you like to have them and if money is a concern then you are better of looking for a good deal on an iPhone 14 Pro rather than to get a regular iPhone 15.
