Hello,
My apartment management recently switched to a new app for use with our intercom system. With the old app, a person would punch in your apartment number, your phone would ring, you would answer & see who it was then press 9 to trigger the door to unlock. Apparently this system was quite old & I am told they could not enter any new numbers into the system. The new app, called AIPHONE IXG, is not accessible. It only gets a 2 star rating so am not sure why they chose it. In order to use it, I have to turn voice over off. Luckily I can see enough to hit the answer phone button. Then I have to tap on 2 more things then slide a door icon over to trigger the door to unlock. I cannot see well enough to tap on the 2 places needed to get to the door icon.
