I have a 14 Pro and had facial ID on my 11 and have it on my 14 Pro. I am totally blind and set up both of mine.
I went into Settings and down in their past Accessibility, keep flicking, and you'll come to Facial ID. Go into it, and it will prompt you. It will tell you to move your head this way and that way.
