To send your history in an email. 1, Choose the menu button at the top and choose qardio arm. 2, Go to the history tab at the bottom. 3, Swipe and choose the send history button. 4, On this screen, you will find a place to put your doctors name, but this is just a place for who you are addressing the email. Then there is a place to enter the email address. 5, Once done, just hit the send button to send the email with your history. I normally send it to myself and then print it out. Hope this helps.
