Yes, there is one Arcade game which is mostly accessible. It is called Dear Reader, and is a game of literary word play. You work through word puzzles based on classic literature, such as Alice in Wonderland. Nearly all of the puzzles are accessible, or at least the ones I played were. There may be a few unlabeled buttons, but from what I could tell they did not affect game play. I last used Apple Arcade a year ago, so perhaps more games have become accessible, or more of Dear Reader. I have it on my iPhone now since I purchased an iPad a couple of months ago, but I have yet to play it.
