Hi Shai, While I'm not familiar with the various periodic table apps in iOS, I did just download Elementium and while it has a premium version and various updates that cost, it seems to have a free version that will do what you want. Its bottomline toolbar contains 4 buttons from left to right: Table, List, Solubility, and Settings. If you select List, an alphabetized list of the elements is presented and a search box is present at the top of the screen where you can search for the desired element. The table button presents the elements in numerical order with their alphabetic abbreviation and Voiceover speaks these items as you swipe through the elements. Also, if you drill down into the element by double tapping on it, a screen opens containing more detailed information about that element and Voiceover speaks that information too.
