I haven’t seen anything like that either. I suspect it’s some kind of fraud. Maybe the Accessibility department isn’t in the loop. You could always contact regular Comcast, good luck. And if you get somebody who knows something, and they say they’ve never heard of it, then I guess it’s for sure a fraud. I think Comcast has a fraud department or something. You could forward it there if you can find their address.

I access it through my iPod and iPhone. The address when I checked it seemed legitimate. I got an email like this once before a month or so ago. Has anyone else on Xfinity gotten the below email? I asked their accessibility department; they
