I have had a problem when talking with someone on the phone and the call feeds in an out what it was my phone then I thought it was someone else’s phone. I contacted Apple Accessability when discussing another problem with them and they said that I should turn Wi-Fi calling on. This does seem to work and most of the time I get a good connecting, good connection, when talking on the phone. Hope this helps.
