I know this is not a solution for your issue, but if I had this many problems I would sell the thing and get myself a couple of Sonos speakers, problem solved. Granted, you can't do Siri with your Sonos speakers, but you can set them up either with Alexa or Google Assistant and given the excellent accessibility of the app and the support for more music services than any other multi-room audio system out there I find it is a much superior option.
