It happens for me with Alex, which is my default voice for English. I’ve seen it on webpages. It seems to be caused by some graphic getting in the way, a graphic that would normally just be blown away and let’s move on. If I compare 15.2 or whatever it is on my old phone with Alex, and 16.2 with Alex, the reading is much better with 15.2 on a slower phone.
