Hello all, Since iOS16, when I place the phone to my ear, I am having difficulty adjusting the volume using the volume buttons on a phone call. I was told to set up the device as new and even after doing this, I am still experiencing this issue. Is anyone else experiencing the same and if so, how was it remedied? I did try enabling the change with buttons setting; however, this only worked for a few days and then stopped allowing me to adjust the volume. I have kept up with the updates and updated my phone to iOS 16.2; however, the same issue still exists. Also, since setting up the phone as new, I am not receiving notification for exchange emails with the mail app. Anyone having this behavior and how was it resolved? The volume issue is occurring on both an iPhone10R and iPhone13 pro. Thank you in advance for any responses.
