Carolyn, when you're done with the other caller, and if they have hung up, look for a selected hold button, then double tap on that and that will take you back to your conference call. If the keypad is still showing, and the other caller has not hung up. I was on the phone with two people, got a call. I put them on Hold and Accept, got the other caller. When we were through, I never could get my first callers back. The phone displayed them, but I couldn’t get them back. What do I do, after Hold and Accept on a call, to get back to an original call? Thanks.
