You might need to look back at the Kindle store to find the details about the book you purchased. Perhaps text-to-speech is not supported for that particular title.

--Hello folks. I have the Amazon Kindle app on my iPhone and I am also using Voice-ore. I am currently reading a book pared with my Braille Note on the Amazon Kindle app. The person who wrote the book said there was a way to turn the speech on. However, I can not get the Kindle to work with Voice-over. This is why I am reading the book pared with my Braille display. I am currently using the BrailleNote to pare my iPhone up with. First of all. I want to know why isn’t the kindle not working with Voice-over. Second, if this book does have a speech setting on the Kindle app. How do I turn that on. I had a sited person try to find that option and it didn’t work for her. I am also having an issue where I am reading the book on my Braille display pared to my iPhone and it only goes so far in the book before It starts a particular section over again. Is this normal? Thanks for your help in advance.
