Hi Martin,

There's no way to bypass the lock screen. Just do what you're doing.

It sounds like you know the gestures for the Home screen and App switcher. If 
you don't lift your finger right away, VoiceOver will tell you to, but since 
the gestures are working, you're doing fine and don't need to worry about those 
hints.

You should be able to tap anywhere on the back of your phone, even if it's in a 
case. Just double-or triple-tap as normal, and the gestures you have assigned 
will work. If you haven't assigned a gesture yet, though, nothing will happen 
when you double-or triple-tap.
