I had the same problem a few weeks ago; again, like Andy I was able to reach the driver by phone.
Another problem that I'm having is that somehow in the Uber Eats app, my delivery option has gotten changed to meet outside. I want it to be meet at the door and when I try to change this in the app it doesn't do anything. So, I have to place my order on the computer and can then select my method of delivery and save it. Don't know why it doesn't save it in the app as well?
