Hi there. If you have not already taken a look at the FREE ScripTalk program, You owe it to yourself to check it out. The FREE ScripTalk App and FREE Talking Prescription Label Program is through En-Vision America who discontinued the ID Mate Talking Barcode Scanner line to focus on their ScripTalk Products.
I (and others) found the CVS Talking RX App very cluttered and confusing. I took a look at it sometime ago, but decided to stay with ScripTalk who has been around longer than the CVS App/Talking RX Program. Additionally, the ScripTalk App is non-cluttered and easy to use. Moreover, I also have the FREE Loaner ScripTalk Station Device, which is also Portable and suitable for Travel, should someone wish not to use the ScripTalk Smartphone App, such as some Seniors, etc. Although I have become an Advocate for Emphasizing Accessible Prescription Solutions for Individuals who may have Low-Vision, Print Impairments, Blindness, and other Disabilities at the Pharmacy Counter, I truly believe in the ScripTalk Program and have been using it for Years now. In fact, I got my Pharmacy signed up, and other People in the Community use the Program too. I have heard many complaints about the Talking RX with similar complaints I had.
