Hi All, My hearing aids went in for service today. I received a loaner pair. There was an option to lower external sounds when VO was running on my phone. When I stopped using the phone, in about three seconds, any external sounds returned to it normal volume. I called Apple Accessibility and the rep with whom I spoke said the only setting she was aware of was attention Awareness settings which had no effect on this issue. Anybody know how to activate this feature? Thanks for the assist. Best Regards,
