I ended up returning mine as I got feedback from a few people that I sounded distant and in general had a hard time hearing me when I was using them. I wanted to use them for work, so poor call quality was a dealbreaker for me. Also, the fact that it has no dedicated mute button also turned out to be a pain in the butt.
Hopefully they’ll improve on future versions as I like the concept, but if you are working from home and want to use them for that, then you may be disappointed. As far as the band, it felt like it had more give than the Aeropex which was nice. Just how flexible it is I can't say for sure as I did not need to try to alter it. I think the microphone does deliver a better result than other models. It is at the end of a pivoting boom arm and thus is closer to your mouth. The boom arm also contains a secondd microphone which is used to do some noise cancellation functions. This really helps deliver a clear vocal input signal when you are in a loud or noisy environment.
