Smart 911, www.smart911.com is a service in which a person enters all contact information, medical information for all family members that live in the home, emergency contact information & any other important information that a person thinks is of importance for 911 to have on file in case of an emergency or disaster. Having this information on file before an emergency or disaster lessens the questions that the 911 operator has to ask before sending help & helps the operator to be able to pass along medical information to EMS, Police & fire in case the information is not obtainable once on the scene. The information aids in faster response time & transport time to a medical facility & the person receiving appropriate medical care upon arrival to the hospital.
