I've had Dark Sky on my phone for years. I find that it's not as
accurate for predicting precipitation in my immediate area. I've made
sure the correct location is set, but Weather Gods is more consistent
and I just like the lay out of Weather gods better.
I'm curious to see what goodies Apple will include for Dark Sky, though.

I'm not using iOS 15 yet, but I've always found the native weather app
to be a pain. I use Weather Gods. It's accessible and very
customizable. There are also sounds for each type of weather event,
even fog. The sounds can be configured to reflect the current
conditions, such as a slight breeze or a hurricane force wind. The
sounds are also customizable and can be disabled easily. It's also
very accurate. I get notifications twice daily about sunrise and
sunset, as well as a summary of the weather at 6 AM. The summaries
and sun notifications can be set up to notify you at a time of your
choosing. It also has detailed moon phase as well as moon rise and set
info. Call me a nerd, but I like this.
I believe it is $4.99, but I seem to remember there being a trial
period. The developer is very receptive to feedback and often
mentions Voice Over improvements in the update summaries.
