To move an app on one of your home screens, find the app you want to move and flick down and double tap on edit mode. Now flick down and add the app to the drag session. You can now move around your home pages just as you normally would, and when you get to where you want to place the app, flick down to have it added before or after the app you just landed on. You can also add apps to folders this way and create folders. Give this alternative method a try and good luck.

I looked in the user guide and have tried to move an app by locating it by touch, double tapping at holding, and then moving to the location where I want the app to land. However, although the app moves, it does not move to the location that is announced. Any tips greatly appreciated Amy Sent from my iPhone -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
