The other one is Blind Square, $39.99. It has probably a more advanced simulation feature; but as I recall, Good Maps Explore can do what you want. SeeingEyeGPS has a very basic version of this, but not with bus stops as far as I can determine. The user has to create a route with a destination before finding any way points.
