This is a random thought, but try clearing the RAM memmory by holding the power button until you hear power off. Release the power button and hold the home button down with a non-fingerprint finger; until the iPad comes back asking for your passcode if you use one. Or just until it comes back on. If that doesn't do it. Then I'd call Apple Accessibility and see if they could do a screen share and figure out what is going on.

The volume is set at 60%, Voice over works fine on every other program, but that screen is frozen. I've tried unloading and reloading the program several times, turned my mini ipad off and on several times, but nothing works. I can use the rotor on that page and those settings are fine. Any ideas how to fix this? I checked for updates and there is one for Dropbox, but I wanted to see if there is a fix for this before I did anything else.
