You could try: Alexa, Skip back. Or, Skip back to previous episode.

I have a different option as I don’t know the Alexa method. I listen to In
Touch through the Apple Podcast app, which can play a large number of older
episodes. The podcasts are probably an edited version of the broadcast.

able to help. How do you ask Alexa please to bring up previous Radio 4 In
Touch programs please. What are the commands . If I ask her for the most
recent one that's ok but it's ones before that I can't get. Thanks.
