That’s the exact reason why Matt did not get an Insta pot that can be controlled through the echo or Alexa or stuff like that. That’s why he got the Insta pot duo Evo 7+ the 8 quart and it has all buttons on it and the dial. And yes you can use it with no difficulty just put braille on the buttons do you like or for rice beef or bake so on and so forth and
