Actually, EyeNote will work. It may take some extra trials and errors but I got it working on my SE 2020 with iOS 14.5.1. Try this. Delete the ap. Reboot your phone. Download the app again. Before opening the app, go to settings, eyenote, and give it permission to use the camera. Then, run the app. See if it works then.
