What happens if you unpair the one with Jaws does it then allow the VoiceOver to stay on your phone?
My experience is that there is no setting you can adjust for this to work. Either the speaker does it or it doesn't. Were the speakers purchased at the same time, hence likely the same firmware? IN my limited experience, if a speaker uses Airplay, the Voice stays on the phone, always. If it uses Bluetooth, then it is completely up to the speaker manufacturer. If all else fails, see if you can find a support number for Belkin.
