Jenny, I think what you mean is Telemed. As others have said, some offices use specific apps and others you have to sign into a specific page. My primary doctor sends people a text message where they follow a link and then sign-in. The times I have tried this I often get frustrated because there is a time limit or it is not as accessible to me. I keep requesting that they simply call me in place of the telemed method. I think my primary doctor has learned my preference, but the front office staff keep wanting to go the telemed method, which doesn't work. Oh well.
