Richar, thanks for getting back to me. When I plug my Iphone in via usb, I get error message saying USB unrecognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and this computer doesn’t recognize it. I am using windows 10 computer and Iphone original SE. I tried rebooting computer, and changing USB ports. Looked at USB and Phone under pc settings. Made sure Iphone was checked. Tried new cable and was rewarded with dialog asking what wanted autoplay to do. However, could not find the dialog box. So opened waltr2 in hopes of finding what you told me I would find. No such luck.
Clock is ticking and my brain is fresh out of ideas. How can I et computer and Iphone to talk so can move on to waltr2? Thanks much for all your help. Plug your phone into your computer. Open Waltr Tab to where it says something like WALTR 2 settings and hit spacebar. Now tab to where you should hear either about Tab, or General Tab, then use your right arrow to get to Wi-Fi and hit enter, then the next tab should be your phone. Tab again to a checkbox to allow Wireless transfer. Then, hit OK. Then hit space on your Phone. Tab to browse and hit enter and then you will shift tab and from here you have to know how to navigate your computer to get to where your files are. Once you get your files selected and hit Open, you should find a button to convert and transfer to your phone. It is less than clear with a screen reader and takes a lot of poking around. IN reality for many things, iTunes could be easier. But, iTunes has its own major headaches.
