I use EyeNote from the treasury department. It’s interface has absolutely no controls in it but just presents a blank screen which leads you to believe that it isn’t accessible. But it is. Just wave the phone over a bill and it will say, for example, five dollars front. It tells you the fronts and backs of bills if you need that info but there is absolutely no way to configure the app that I have found. It is free however.
