I suspect nothing is available or needed for IOS. Each app manages their own files and data. This is done for security reasons on IOS. At least that’s my understanding, which may be a bit dated by now.

With Windows there's a feature / program called disk cleanup that gets rid of old files of several flavors to rid the system of unnecessary files.
