I have no position whatsoever. But, I can submit your feedback through the beta feedback program as feature requests. I know that lots of people would prefer VoiceOver to stay on the phone when connected to a Bluetooth speaker. The problem I see there is if you are using Bluetooth headphones, you want VoiceOver in your headphones, right? I'm not sure it is smart enough to be able to separate the two.
