Congradulations with getting your new iPhone, Lisa. If you have a battery
plus, batteries plus could put in a new battery in your older phone. this is
something you may not be interested in now since you got your new phone and
I should have written earlier about this. We had one of our iPhones that
needed a new battery and screen and batteries plus did it for $120. It would
have been cheaper than the $120, since the old batter swelled so that's why
we needed a new screen for it. So if that battery hadn't swelled and all we
needed was a new battery put it it only would have been about $70.

Hi, all. thanks for the opinions and advice regarding a new iPhone. I
would have replaced the battery in my original SE, but the last
certified store in my area that replaced iPhone batteries was Best Buy
and they closed in February.
I decided on the iPhone 12 Pro. the max was just too big for me.
Verizon had promotions on all of the iPhone 12 models for existing
customers, so that's what I went with.
Everything has been set up and transferred over.
I do have another question which I'll ask in a separate thread. So far,
though, I'm liking the phone and except for the nonexistent home button,
everything is working swimmingly.
